Sister’s was a lil’ “Shac” located off Kempsville Road near Virginia Beach Boulevard. I never could find out much about the place. It was closed when I found and photographed the place and then it was gone. If you know anything about “Sister’s,” please let me know.This icon in the series has vanished. At least the photo remains.
